Rules for reservation:

1. Students can reservere a conference room 14 days in advance
2. If the room is not in use 15 minutes after the reserved time, others are free to use the room
3. Students must show solidarity for each other and respect the rules
4. Remember to tidy the room after use
5. Remember to cancel reservations that you are not going to use
